Please always contact Jero Mangku Dalem on WhatsApp to discuss the most appropriate days. Healings are best held on auspicious days within the Balinese lunar and Hindu calendar, and Jero will guide you to them. Let Jero know the dates you will be in Bali, so she can advise you on the best day or days for your healing or healings.

Cancellation & rescheduling policy

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or moved with 48 hours' notice or more can be rescheduled at no cost, or any payment made in advance refunded in full.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, may forfeit any payment made in advance, as this time was reserved for you.
If you arrive late, the appointment may need to be shortened so that the next guest is not delayed.
If Jero Mangku Dalem must cancel or move an appointment — for example because of illness, a ceremonial obligation, or unsafe weather — you will be offered a new time or a full refund of any payment made in advance.
Gift vouchers are not refundable for cash, but the appointment date may be changed under this policy.
Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible. The card surcharge (2–3%) and other payment-provider fees are not refundable.
To cancel or reschedule, message Jero on WhatsApp or by email. The time of your message is used as the time of notice.

Deposit and booking terms

Every booking requires a deposit to lock in your appointment. Jero will confirm the deposit amount and how to pay it when she replies to your enquiry.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may forfeit the deposit.
Card payments, including deposits paid by card, carry a 2–3% surcharge paid by the guest. The surcharge is not refundable.

Payment

The following payment methods are accepted. Cash in Indonesian Rupiah is always preferred. Details are confirmed directly with Jero when your appointment is arranged.

Cash

Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is always preferred. US dollars (USD) and Australian dollars (AUD) are also accepted.

QRIS

Scan to pay from any Indonesian bank or e-wallet app, including Livin' by Mandiri.

Credit and debit cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay and Diners Club. A 2–3% card surcharge is paid by the guest.

Grab and Gojek

Pay with your Grab or Gojek app wallet.

Paying in person

In Gianyar, cards are taken on a Mandiri EDC card terminal and QRIS through Livin' Merchant by Mandiri.

Paying online

Online card payments, such as your deposit, are made through a secure Square payment link sent by Jero. Card details are entered on Square's own checkout page, never on this website, and are never stored by Taksu.

All credit and debit card payments carry a 2–3% surcharge, paid by the guest.

This website is served only over HTTPS with 256-bit TLS encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256), protecting the details you send.
